It’s Bungee Time, People!

One of the awesome activities here tonight is Euro-Bungee.  Sign up right by the giant trampolines, and before you know it you’ll be defying gravity!  But seriously, it’s really fun.  The lines are getting long, so get here soon!

Pounce on PANTHERFEST!

Here’s Emily, one of our bloggers, with the UWM Panthers mascot Pounce!  He can be found schmoozing with excited fans on the grounds tonight.  For the sports junkies out there, you can win cool prizes from Athletics by shooting some baskets with the UWM men’s and women’s basketball teams.

You might also notice the glorious sweet treat Emily is holding…cotton candy!  It’s tasty, free, and you can score some right next to the Student Association’s booth here at PANTHERFEST.

PANTHERFEST is tonight!

Hey everyone, PANTHERFEST is here!  UWM’s biggest night of the year kicks off in just a few minutes.  Don’t miss out on any of the great things happening at PANTHERFEST tonight, including performances by the Shiny Toy Guns and KiD CuDi.

We’ll be blogging all night during PANTHERFEST.  If you have any last minute questions, don’t hesitate to ask!  You can comment here on the blog and one of our bloggers will get back to you.

Remember that you can catch a free shuttle outside of the Union, Sandburg, Riverview, or Cambridge Commons and it will take you right to the Marcus Amphitheater entrance.  You can catch a shuttle to go back to campus too.

Union House Party: The Aftermath

Thanks to everyone who came out for the Union House Party yesterday!  It was lots of fun.  In case you had to miss out, we took a couple shots of the party so you can check out how it went!

If you didn’t make it to the Union House Party, you still have opportunities to check out Campus KickOff events.  The activities go until tomorrow, ending with PANTHERFEST at the Marcus Amphitheater.

This, my friends, is Bungee Run. It was a big hit in the Union Concourse during the House Party. Basically, you get attached to a giant rubberband and have to run towards a basketball hoop and try to make a basket. Hilarity ensues.

If you participated in two or more activities at the House Party, you got free ice cream! Who can say no to that??

The Studio Arts and Craft Centre was super busy with everyone stopping by to make cool, personalized buttons.
